Kate, Trever and myself have been working on crossing the country for the past week or so. Highlights include Dryden ontario, where i visited my aunt, uncle and two cousins, grades 4 and 7, and they were really cool. There's something special about getting to know family.
Cause it's expected that you know family. Getting to know family is like getting to know new people, except they've automatically got compatable blood and history. There's a trust that exists before you need to work on it.
And on top of that, they were really sharp kids. I dig kids.
Planting starts soon. I'm half excited, half the opposite. It's hard work, and it sucks alot. But the life that i lead while i plant is amazing. All time away from work is beauty. It's camping. It's social. It's solitude. It's lovely.
